Title: Bitcoins not being added to account

Hi all,

This is my first post on the forums, though I've made 2 orders already in the past.  I added funds to my account from Mt.Gox, but they have yet to arrive.  It's been doing this for about 10 hours.  I was really hoping to place an order quickly -- but oh well. 

I was just wondering, is this a normal occurrence?  Last time, my account was credited for the BTC rather quickly.  Am I fucked?

I am not sure what is going on but I am in the same boat. I have contacted SR about the problem and they have not responded at all.  :(
I have never had an issue like this and have been a member for a while. Maybe we are both fucked!

It has been almost 36 hours since my transfer, still nothing showing in my account and no word from SR. I really feel robbed! I am sure my money may seem insignificant to SR but it was a good bit of cash to me. I would appreciate a message that at least said they are looking into the problem but even that appears to be to much to ask for. I contacted them at least twice and kept the wording business like (not rude) with no response.

I can't even imagine the numbers of PMs admin gets with over 100k members on the main site.

If you've sent a PM I'm sure they are on it, give it another 24 hours.

I've had 2 occasions in the past where there were glitches, and they always fixed it up.

Just make sure you included in your PM the time, originating and receiving addresses, as well as the amount.

Sorry all,

SilkRoad wasn't to blame; instead, it was Mt. Gox.  The withdrawal took forever (and Mt. Gox support wasn't that timely).  I appreciate the support given by the SR staff, and I apologize for my impatience.

Hi, im in the same boat, transferred from tradehill over 12 hours ago, doesnt normally take this long, im freaking out it was a large sum of money. I pm SR admins but havent heard back (was only5 minutes ago)

Hope they can retrieved otherwise im soooo screwed.

Im off to work now, im going to be stressing about it all day :(

Oh man, okay glad (or not) to hear I am not the only one. I had one order for about 50 bc come through from Tradehill in about an hour last night. Then I sent about 109 bc over a few hours later expecting it to be in my account today and it's not. Ugh. So sometime between 7pm and 10pm pst something went wrong. Hopefully fixed quickly. If anyone gets a response from SR please post, thanks!

I experienced the same problem with TradeHill yesterday. They have some problems with BTC withdrawals. It is not the problem of SR, so post the question to TradeHill (don't forget to tell them transaction ID and bitcoin address), they should answer in few hours.

Same happened to me, I contacted SR admins gave them the amount, the sending address and the too address, they put them in my account.
